You are now ready to take the 30-question content test. Before you start, here are a few things to remember:

• Once you start the test, you complete it. Stopping the test and restarting it later is not possible.
• If you do not wish to take the test now, you may stop here and bookmark this page to access the test at a later time.
• When taking the test, please enter the same 4-digit unique code at the top of the test as you entered on the demographic survey. (it is the code you were emailed).
• Only one test per respondent. You will not be paid for multiple tests; only your first test submission will be counted (please do not try to submit multiple tests); incomplete tests cannot be recorded at all.

And finally...

• Your responses are confidential and anonymous (the code used only to verify your participation for payment purposes)
• We cannot provide you with your "score" or any report on how well you did. We will send you an answer key along with your payment.
• This is a "closed book" exam. Please do not spend time looking up responses.
• Do the best you can, but don't sweat your responses. You will be paid for completing the survey regardless of whether your answers are correct or not.
